Refund Policy

Regrettably our team at Impetus must inform you that, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, under any circumstances. This is due to limited storage space at our facilities. We are however, deeply committed to customer satisfaction. For this reason, WE DO OFFER REFUNDS. Under these circumstances, our customers must submit a refund request within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Our refund policy lasts 14 days, therefore if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. Refund requests should be sent by email to hello@impetuslive.com or via our website’s contact form.

We review refund requests on an individual basis. The most common conditions under which we approve requests are related to damaged goods and services or buyers remorse. We ask that you provide as much detail and evidence as possible about your issues when contacting us, so that we can thoroughly assess your situation. This will ultimately improve the likelihood of your request being approved. When initiating your refund request please contact us in the following format…

  • Your order number,
  • A description of the issue,
  • Clear photos showing the entire damaged item or ones that might justify buyers remorse (i.e. you already own a similar item), and
  • Disclose that you would like a refund

Once your refund request is received, we will assess it before sending you an email to notify you of it’s approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We ask for your patience upon being reimbursed as payment processing times vary depending on the payment method, processor, and transaction type.

If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable timeframe…

  • First check your bank account again,
  • Then contact your credit/payment card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted,
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted,
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please reach out to us again at hello@impetuslive.com or via our website’s contact form.

It must be noted that we do not handle the returns or exchanges of items brought through affiliate links on our website, those orders must be dealt with through the respective third-party businesses that they have been ordered from. Thank you for your understanding!
